If this is the first time to our office, even if you have seen Dr. Johnston before, we don't have your records as they are maintained at the prior office.

Day of Your Appointment

We are a paperless office. Our electronic record service will send you forms to complete that are necessary to ensure insurance claim is processed. If you have a specific pharmacy you want medications sent to, please notify us. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to finalize any check-in details and settle comfortably into our clinical space. Our team is here to support you at every step, ensuring your procedure or consultation begins in a peaceful, professional environment focused on your well-being.

Following your visit, you will receive clear guidance on your post-care recovery or next steps. We remain fully available for any follow-up questions, committed to ensuring your recovery proceeds smoothly and your clinical outcome meets our highest standards of care. If you are requesting time off from work following a surgery, we conduct a separate telehealth call prior to your surgery to ensure we understand your work duties and post-surgery recovery time needed to successfully return to work.

Which insurance plans are accepted?

We accept a wide range of major commercial insurance plans and PPOs. We don't accept Aetna Better Health or BCBS Community Health. Since provider networks change frequently, we recommend contacting our billing team or your insurance carrier directly to confirm your specific coverage details before your visit.

What if I am out-of-network or uninsured?

We strive to keep quality care accessible. Patients without insurance or those using out-of-network benefits can take advantage of our specialized self-pay rates. We are happy to provide a transparent estimate to help you plan for your clinical procedure. Even if we are in-network, being in-network does not change or alter your health plan's deductible or co-insurance payment requirements of you.
